Raised on our holding in Pembrokeshire, we only produce lamb in small batches, we raise our sheep in an extensive system. Our flock is fed on land in the Preseili Hill and on land around the coast in Amroth and Summerhill - We feel that a varied natural diet provides an amazing flavour. For half a lamb you have the following choices:-
The shoulder - this could be either one big or two smaller joint,dice or mince
The Loin - Normally supplied as chops, can be supplied as a rack
The Breast - either on the bone or boned and rolled
The leg - could be supplied whole or in two smaller joints
